Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of WhatsNote, provided by Wigenzo PSC Export Import Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use WhatsNote. Provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of the notebooks, notes, and files you create ("your content"). You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and display your content to operate the Service — including sending note text to our AI provider when you use AI features, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to store it.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use WhatsNote to store or share unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to breach or overload the Service, or to reverse-engineer or resell it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Plans, subscriptions and billing
- WhatsNote offers a free plan and paid plans with additional features and higher limits. Current prices are listed on our pricing page.
- Web subscriptions. Subscriptions bought on the web are sold by our reseller and merchant of record, Creem, which appears on your statement and collects any applicable VAT or sales tax. Your card details are handled by Creem and never stored by us.
- Mobile subscriptions. Subscriptions bought inside the iPhone or Android app are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, under their terms.
- Renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the price shown at purchase, for the same period, until canceled. We will tell you before any price change takes effect.
- Cancelling. You may cancel at any time; there is no minimum term. Cancel a web subscription from Plans & billing in the app, and a mobile subscription in your App Store / Google Play account settings. You keep paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, then return to the free plan.
- Refunds. If you are unhappy with a web purchase, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by that store under its own policy.
5. Service changes and availability
We may add, change, or remove features, and we aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI results are generated automatically and may be inaccurate — use judgment before relying on them.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or where required by law.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data beyond our reasonable control. Keep your own backups of important content.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights you may have.
