Delete your account

You can permanently delete your WhatsNote account and everything in it, at any time, directly from the app.

Delete from the app

  1. Open WhatsNote and tap your profile (top-left).
  2. Scroll to Delete my account.
  3. Confirm with your password.

What gets deleted: your account, all notebooks and notes, uploaded files (photos, videos, documents, voice notes), your profile, and all active sessions. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

Prefer us to do it?

If you can't access the app, email myjaliliparsa@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and delete your data.

A note on subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in your store account (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone, or Play Store → Subscriptions on Android).
