Billing, renewals and refunds
How you are billed
Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Your card is charged the amount shown above at the start of each billing period and again at each renewal until you cancel. You can subscribe on the web at app.whatsnote.click or in the WhatsNote app for iPhone.
Cancelling
Cancel whenever you like — there is no minimum term. Open Plans & billing in the web app and choose Cancel subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, then move back to Free automatically. Subscriptions bought inside the iPhone app are cancelled in your Apple ID subscription settings instead.
Refunds
If something goes wrong, email myjaliliparsa@gmail.com within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it. Purchases made through the App Store are refunded by Apple under its own policy.
Payments and taxes
Web payments are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Creem, which appears on your statement and handles VAT and sales tax where it applies. We never see or store your card details.
