This Privacy Policy explains how Wigenzo PSC Export Import Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("we", "us", "our") handles your information when you use the WhatsNote mobile app and website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

The data controller is Wigenzo PSC Export Import Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi, İstanbul, Kağıthane, Gürsel Mahallesi, Nurtaç Caddesi No: 1/24, Türkiye. Tax ID (VKN): 8111475780. You can reach us at myjaliliparsa@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Account data — the username and password you create (passwords are stored only as a salted hash), and optional profile name, "about" text and avatar image.
Your content — the notebooks and notes you create: text, voice notes, photos, videos, documents, and any location you attach to a note.
Usage & technical data — basic information needed to run the Service, such as request logs and error diagnostics. We do not build advertising profiles.

3. AI features and third-party processing

Important: When you use AI features (automatic note categorization and AI-powered search), the relevant note text is sent to our AI provider, DeepSeek, to generate the result. This means your note content leaves our servers and is processed by DeepSeek for that request. Do not put information in AI-processed notes that you are not comfortable sharing with a third-party AI provider.

AI features are optional and depend on your plan. Free-tier keyword search does not send your notes to DeepSeek.

4. How we use your information

To provide the Service — store and sync your notebooks and notes across your devices.
To operate AI categorization and search when you use those features (see section 3).
To secure your account, prevent abuse, and enforce plan limits.
To provide customer support and respond to your requests.

5. Media and storage

Files you attach are stored on our servers and served over signed, time-limited links so they are not publicly browsable. Your content is associated with your account and is not shared with other users.

6. Payments

Subscriptions purchased on mobile are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment card details; the store shares only the information needed to confirm and manage your subscription.

7. Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account in the app; this permanently removes your notebooks, notes, uploaded files, and sessions. See our account deletion page for details. You may also email us to request deletion.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including Türkiye's KVKK and, where relevant, the GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us at myjaliliparsa@gmail.com.

9. Children

WhatsNote is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or on this page.
